Common questions:
What happens if the camera is damaged?
A credit card is kept on file at booking. Accidental damage is assessed case-by-case. Total camera replacement is charged at the current market rate of the camera model.
Can I extend my rental mid-trip?
Yes — just message us before your return date and we'll sort it out if the camera isn't already booked. Extensions are charged at the applicable rate.
Do you ship?
Yes. Shipping cost is added at checkout. We use tracked shipping both ways — your rental starts the day after the camera lands at your door.
